Dr. Talib Latif has been represented Malaysia for ASEAN Specialised Meteorological Centre Workshop on Enhancing the Regional Weather and Haze Reporting organised by ASMC in Singapore on 7th to 8th April 2009.

On 20th and 21st of January, the group has been visited by Dr. Kenici Azuma fromDepartment of Environmental Medicine and Behavioural Science, Kinki University School of Medicine, Osakasayama. Dr. Kenichi Azuma has gave talk on Asbestos and Indoor Air Quality (Japan Experience)
